WHEN LOCATION IS REALLY IMPORTANT! Jocelyn Manor is the ideal spot for budget-conscience families or groups. If you expand the map on the right, you can see this unit is located very close to the beach, Boardwalk, and all the downtown attractions. While you really don't need a car from this location, we provide off street parking for two cars and the opportunity to purchase even a third spot on a space available basis (this number of parking spaces is extremely rare for any property located near the Boardwalk). The interior of the unit has been completely renovated with all new furniture and appliances as well as Pergo flooring in the Living Room and new carpeting in the bedrooms. The three LCD TV's in the unit all have Satellite TV service with HBO. Free Wi-Fi for your laptop or other Internet devices. There is a pool located right outside the door and parks just a short walk away. Stay with us and still have money left over to enjoy other things in Ocean City.
Bedding Arrangements: Queen in MRB, two full beds in 2nd Bedroom, full leather sleep sofa in Living Room.
Availability: This unit rents on a Saturday to Saturday basis from June 1 to August 24. Before June 1 and after August 24 it rents on a Saturday to Saturday basis as well as for several partial week options. These include Thursday to Sunday, Friday to Monday, Saturday to Tuesday, Sunday to Thursday, Monday to Friday, and Tuesday to Saturday.
