Oceanfront With Fantastic Views and a Private Beach Enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the private beach as well as the public beach for miles in both directions. This unit was gutted down to the bare concrete and everything was totally rebuilt. You have a complete kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. There are two LCD TV's, a full cable lineup including HBO and Showtime, and we include a Netflix account with a large library of films. We provide a computer system with High Speed Internet service as well as free Wi-Fi in case you want to use your own laptop instead of our computer.
The Golden Sands itself has more amenities than anyone else>shuffleboard, a private beach for volleyball or relaxing, two game rooms, a fitness center, saunas, a whole recreation level of shops and stores and one of the best oceanfront bar and grill setups on the beach offering 1/2 acre of tables and chairs for your enjoyment. That's one of the reasons so many Golden Sands visitors keep coming back year after year.
Bedding Arrangements: King in Bedroom and Queen Sleep Sofa in Living Room
Rental Options: This unit rents exclusively by the week on a Sunday to Sunday basis between June 2 and June 20. Prior to June 2, the unit may be rented Sunday to Sunday; for Thursday to Sunday and Friday to Monday weekends; and for Sunday to Thursday and Monday to Friday midweek rentals. Between June 30 and August 30, the unit may be rented Sunday to Sunday weekly, for Thursday to Sunday weekends, or for Sunday to Thursday midweek rentals. After August 30, the unit may be rented Sunday to Sunday; for Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday weekends; or for Sunday to Thursday and Monday to Friday midweek rentals.
