Oceanfront Building with Great View of Assawoman Bay This is one of the most luxurious suites you can find on the beach. The previous owner gutted the unit to the bare walls and had the unit professionally redesigned and decorated with top of the line features intended as a permanent residence. These upgrades are readily apparent the moment you see the fountain in the foyer, the decorator tile throughout, the corian countertop, and the enclosed four-season balcony unlike any other in the building. The king size bed in the MBR has floor to ceiling, wall to wall mirrors at the head to optimize light in the room. The unit has five ceiling fans and top quality furniture. The Master Bedroom is equipped with walk-in California style closets and a set of dual sinks - one in the dressing area and another in the private bath. It has ocean views from each of the three bedrooms and a spectacular view of Assawoman Bay from the enclosed balcony and Living Room.

The building has an olympic size pool, saunas, a large game room, indoor basketball court, a tennis court, fitness center and a library. You can also relax on the oceanfront deck. Your parking space is assigned so you never have to worry about finding a space.

Rental Options: This unit rents exclusively by the week on a Sunday to Sunday basis from June 2 to August 25. Before and after those dates, it may be rented Sunday to Sunday, for Thursday to Sunday, Friday to Monday, and Saturday to Tuesday weekends, or for a Sunday to Thursday, Monday to Friday, and Tuesday to Saturday midweek rentals.
