First Floor Convenience Overlooking the Private Beach! If you want the spot to relax at the Beach, look no further! This unit and building has it all. The Golden Sands has more amenities to offer than any other building on the beach. This includes three pools, a fitness center with saunas, an oceanfront bar and grill, several oceanfront shops, and their own private beach area. Unit 101 is located on the first residence level directly above the half acre recreation deck which is the center of Golden Sands activities. You will likely never need to use the elevator during your stay. Everything you would want to do is just a few steps below you, So let others wait on the elevators.
Inside the unit, there are three large bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. The Master Bedroom is physically separated from the other two bedrooms to assure maximum privacy. All three bedrooms have a sliding door access to unit balconies. The unit has both HBO and Showtime and four LCD TV. There is also a Netflix subscription you can run through the computer in the unit or bring your own laptop and take advantage of the free Wi-Fi in the unit. The unit has a huge amount of glass for views in all directions and extremely easy access to the beach or recreation deck below.
Bedding Arrangements: King in MBR, two full beds in 2nd Bedroom, Queen in 3rd Bedroom, and full leather sleep sofa in Living Room.
