FIRST FLOOR CONVENIENCE AND RIGHT ON THE BEACH

This unit is located on the first floor above the lobby level. This provides very quick access to the Sea Watch amenities located in the Courtyard below as well as the beach without the need to wait for elevators. The interior of the unit has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen and baths as well as all new floor coverings and furniture. The oceanside balcony is equipped with a picnic table for family gatherings. From the courtside entrance, you can view the Sea Watch gardens and fountains in the enclosed courtyard below. The interior of the unit features oceanfront Living Room and MBR with two additional bedrooms on the Courtside. Each Bedroom as well as the Living Room have their own TV equipped with multi-channel HBO and STARZ. We provide a computer system with a High Speed Internet Connection in the MBR so you can surf or keep up with e-mail throughout your stay. If you bring your laptop along, the building has free Wi-Fi around the pool and in the Courtyard.  
The Sea Watch has one indoor and two outdoor pools, fitness center, a basketball court, two tennis courns, a playground for kids, the largest video game room on the beach, saunas, a sandwich shop, beach supply shop, and a beautiful interior courtyard for relaxation.  It is located directly across the street from the Gold Coast Mall which had all sorts of shopping and dining options.

Bedding Arrangements:  Queen in MBR, Queen in 2nd Bedroom, two sets of bunk beds in 3rd bedroom, and queen sleep sofa in Living Room.
