GREAT DOWNTOWN LOCATION! Jocelyn Manor is the ideal spot for budget-conscience families or groups. As you can see from the map to the right, this unit is located very close to the beach, Boardwalk, and all the downtown attractions. While you really don't need a car from this location, we provide offstreet parking for one cars and the opportunity to purchase a second spot on a space available basis (this number of parking spaces is extremely rare for any property located near the Boardwalk). The interior of this unit was renovated in 2012 with new flooring and all new bedding for your comfort. LCD TV's in the Living Room and Bedroom have Satellite TV service with HBO. This unit is located just a few steps from the pool and offers features not found in other units at this price.
Bedding Arrangements: Queen and full bed in Bedroom, full leather sleep sofa in Living Room.
Availability: This unit rents for Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals between June 1 and August 24. Before June 1 and after August 24, it rents for Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals as well as a variety of partial week rentals. These include Thursday to Sunday, Friday to Monday, Saturday to Tuesday, Sunday to Thursday, Monday to Friday, and Tuesday to Saturday.
