HOTEL AMENITIES IN A CONDO It's hard to image a more perfect location for a condominium hotel. Cross the Route 90 Bridge to mid-town Ocean City and turn right to the first light. You are there. The Coconut Malorie has just completed a 3.5 million dollar renovation so you have all new furnishings in the rooms and totally updated amenities. The Resort has a heated outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, and a tower with a fitness center and relaxation area. In the unit, enjoy two large LCD TV's with HBO and free Wii-Fi for your laptop. A short stroll to the Beach or to the Seacrets Nightclub. You also have a private foot bridge to Fager's Island for a fantastic meal. Fantastic view of the bay and many incredible sunsets!
Bedding Arrangements: Queen in Bedroom, Queen Sleep sofa in Living Room, and two portable twin beds.
Rental Options: This unit rents exclusively by the week on a Saturday to Saturday basis between June 1 and June 29. Before and after those dates, you can rent the unit weekly from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday. You also have partial week rental options in May, July, August, and September. You can rent Thursday to Sunday, Friday to Monday, and Saturday to Tuesday weekends. Or you can do Sunday to Thursday, Monday to Friday, and Tuesday to Saturday midweek rentals.
