LOCATION IS IMPORTANT!

To see what we are talking about, click to enlarge the map to the right.  You are separated from the Boardwalk by roughly the length of a football field.  No need to wait for a bus or look for expensive parking to experience the downtown attractions.  The Boardwalk, two amusement parks, the famous H2O Dance Club, the Inlet, the Skateboard park and virtually any downtown attraction you can think of are just steps from your door.  With a huge number of restaurants less than five minutes away by foot and a 24 hour deli/grocery right on the block, you have everything you need.  This townhouse was built in 2002 and has been upgraded extensively with new furniture and appliances, Pergo flooring in the Living Room and new carpeting.  Enjoy Satellite TV with HBO on any of the five LCD TV's.  Surf the Internet on the computer.  Relax on the all leather sleep sofas and chairs in the Living Room.  Or make a snack in a kitchen equipped to prepare a Thanksgiving feast.  A full size washer and dryer in the private laundry room for this unit complete the interior package.

Outside, sit on the deck  facing Philadelphia Avenue and enjoy a completely unobstructed view of the frequent events and parades with enough separation so that the street noise does not disturb.  If you have kids, there is a small playground on the property and  a huge one at the park just one block away.  If you have  pets, the park is an excellent spot for walking.

Many places downtown offer either no parking or a single space for a unit that sleeps 10 or more.  This townhouse comes with 3 offstreet parking spots.  If you need more, extra spaces are available for purchase. 

Bedding Arrangements:  King in MBR, Queen in 2nd Bedroom, two sets of Bunks in 3rd bedroom, two full sleep sofas in Living Room, and two portable beds that can be used anywhere in the unit.

Availability:  This unit may be reserved for Saturday to Saturday rentals only between June 1 and August 24.  Before June 1 and after August 24, it rents for Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals as well as a variety of partial week rentals.  These include Thursday to Sunday, Friday to Monday, Saturday to Tuesday, Sunday to Thursday, Monday to Friday, and Tuesday to Saturday.
